The Year of The Repeat Client

A Las Vegas-based photographer shares her experience of a repeat client’s third boudoir photoshoot and how it has inspired her 2025 mantra.

At the end of last year when I was mapping out my goals for 2025, I looked at my calendar and saw that my first photoshoot in January was going to be with a woman who I had previously photographed already. That got me thinking how special it is to have repeat clients because as a business owner, this is everything I strive for…to create an incredible photoshoot experience that keeps my clients wanting to come back for more of the same confident, self-loving feeling. And so I felt like this was such a gift from the universe to make it my mantra for 2025.

This was my client’s THIRD shoot with me and sometimes people wonder what you could possibly do differently after one or two boudoir shoot sessions. But truthfully, this is where the magic happens. The confidence, the comfortability, the trust…it’s all there. Less posing and more moving. Less furniture, one backdrop. A little wind mixed in with some sun rays and dark clouds. All the ingredients for the perfect outdoor boudoir experience. 

When I first met Jacqueline at the end of 2022, she was flying in from Alabama. Young and successful, she had a desire to see herself differently…femininely. This is a woman of details. She loves to plan out her outfits and get opinions on what will photograph well on her. She is a woman that is ALL IN and I love that about her because SAME girl. We had such a great time, she booked to come back the following year when she was coming to Las Vegas for Beyonce’s Renaissance World Tour at Allegiant Stadium. This babe had a whole new look on her! She wrote to me after her 2nd shoot and said I’m coming back and we are going into the desert next time! Say nothing more Jacque, I got you and know the perfect spot! She even brought her sweet friend to see what all the fuss was about.

At Round 3, we first met Janessa at the studio for hair and makeup because honestly, there is nothing more relaxing to get you ready for your photoshoot. We talked about her Vegas trip so far and spending New Year’s Eve on the Strip. She said this was the finale of her whole week. She was turning 30 the next day! Say what babe? Here for your 30th Birthday! The feeling of knowing that someone wants to start their next decade of life off feeling gorgeous is rewarding in more ways than I could have ever imagined. I knew we were going to knock this outdoor photoshoot out of the park.
